Refund policy

Every print, canvas and framed print is produced to order for you.

Changing your mind

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days after your order arrives to tell us that you want to cancel it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We refund the price of the items and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@sentfineart.com with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or refund you, including delivery costs.

Colour

Colours can look slightly different on screen and in print. Small variations are not a fault.
